When we ask employees about their first days in a company, the answers are either “what are you talking about ? “ or “Oh that was a story”  in both case the story we’ve heard always point those things : 

- They wish they had more accessible informations before their first day and during their first months

- You will never replace the human onboarding, there is no tools that will make the integration easier as making the new employee feel is part of the group by being with him at the beginning

- Onboarding matters for new employees, never forget that hiring is a two way deal, integrating people into your company is part of this deal.  

To help you answer these points with your company we have built the Onboarding Box : 3 interactive learning content online. This box will plunge your employees into your company with all the information they need before their first day and during the first month.

Module #1 : Faisons connaissance

Objectif : Introduire le collaborateur à l'entreprise, sa culture, ses valeurs et son fonctionnement interne.

Objectif : Familiariser le collaborateur avec les routines, les politiques internes, et les

outils qui faciliteront son intégration et sa productivité.

Module #3 : Bienvenue dans l’équipe

Objectif : Présenter le cœur des métiers de l'entreprise, encourager l'interaction avec l'équipe et approfondir la connaissance des outils et ressources.

How do we work : 

We meet for a briefing of your company and need you to answer our form to complete

  1.  information. 

  2. We validate your design chart. 

  3. The production phase may take 1 month to 3 months depending on your level of

  4. documentation and level of media (vidéo and games). 

  5. We work with a scrum methodology that means that we produce by little blocks that you can validate iteratively. 

  6. When your content is completed we launch it with you, and give you the tools to take the hand on it. 

  7. Do you want more blocks or activity ? Our boxes can add other blocks if your project need a bigger space, let’s talk about it
